Architect Roberto Bagnato (hereinafter “Arch. Bagnato”), in accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – hereinafter “GDPR”) and Legislative Decree No. 196/2003 as amended by Legislative Decree No. 101/2018 (“Privacy Code”), informs you that your personal data will be processed, in compliance with the aforementioned legislation and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of Arch. Bagnato.
Personal data source
The personal data held by Arch. Bagnato are those provided by you through the sending of an email message to the contact address, or in the course of a call made by you to our telephone numbers.
Purposes and methods of processing (Art. 13(1)(c) GDPR)
Your personal data will be used exclusively to take charge of and provide feedback on your requests. The processing of your personal data will be based on the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, limitation to a specific purpose, pertinence, adequacy, non- excessiveness with respect to that purpose, and accuracy; the processing will also be carried out in such a way as to protect your confidentiality and your rights, as well as by means of instruments that guarantee security and confidentiality. The methods of processing personal data relating to you will involve the use of manual, computerised and telematic tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes indicated above.
Categories of personal data
Within the limits strictly pertinent to the above-mentioned purposes, Arch. Bagnato will process your identification data (name and surname, telephone number, e-mail, as well as any other data you provide through the contact form or during the call). We kindly ask you not to send sensitive data (e.g. information on health status, illness, etc.). Should this occur, Arch. Roberto Bagnato will delete them immediately.
Legal basis of the processing (Art. 13(1)(c) GDPR)
In accordance with Article 6 of the GDPR, the legal basis for the processing is the consent you have given by submitting your contact request.
Compulsory or optional nature of the provision of personal data and consequences of failure to provide them (Art. 13(2)(e) GDPR)
The provision of your personal data, in relation to the purposes indicated, is necessary in order to take charge of and respond to your requests. Therefore, failure to provide your personal data will make it impossible for us to send you the requested information.
Recipients or categories of recipients of personal data (Art. 13(1)(e) GDPR)
To the extent strictly pertinent to the purposes indicated above, your personal data may be communicated to employees and/or collaborators in any capacity whatsoever of Arch. Bagnato. The aforesaid subjects will process your personal data, as the case may be, in their capacity as Data Processors or System Administrators appointed in compliance with the provisions of the law, also with regard to the security measures to protect and safeguard your data. The data you provide will in no way be consulted by other users or indexed or retrieved by search engines, nor will they be disseminated in any way.
Transfer of Personal Data abroad (Art. 13(1)(f) GDPR)
Your personal data will not be transferred outside the EU.
Personal data retention period (Art. 13(2)(a) GDPR)
Your personal data will be retained for as long as is strictly necessary for the pursuit of the purposes set out above, as well as for the fulfilment of legal storage obligations, and in any case for the period of prescription provided for by law.
Rights of the Data Subject (Art. 13(2)(b)(c)(d) GDPR)
We remind you that you may at any time ask Arch. Bagnato for access to and rectification of the data concerning you (Art. 15 and 16 GDPR). In addition, if the conditions are met, you may request the deletion of your data (Art. 17 GDPR), the restriction of their processing (Art. 18 GDPR), their portability (i.e. receive them from Arch. Bagnato, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, and transmit them to another data controller without hindrance, Art. 20 GDPR) and you may object to their processing (Art. 21 GDPR). You also have the right to revoke your consent (where given) at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of the processing based on the consent given prior to revocation, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Art. 13 para. 2(c), (d) GDPR).
